From request to ride
How It Works
- 01
Send your request
Share your route, date, timing and the details that matter for your ride.
- 02
Review your quote
Check the offer and its terms before you decide.
- 03
Accept and await confirmation
After you accept, the operator must explicitly confirm before the ride is booked.
Before you request
Good to Know
- Tell us how long you expect to wait. Availability and the full price are confirmed in the offer before you book.
- Any waiting time included in the price will be stated in the offer; do not assume additional waiting is included.
- Your request is free and non-binding. The ride is booked only after you accept the offer and the operator explicitly confirms it.
